To be eligible for a return please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We strongly suggest to provide proof of the default or damage, either with photographic proof or by resending items back to us.
Once the item has been received and we are satisfied that it complies with our returns policy you will receive a refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to ourselves however this will be refunded once we receive the item and are satisfied they comply with the returns policy.
Please note that once a wax block has been started we will be unable to exchange it if it is simply due to a dislike of the scent - we advise all customers to smell the wax bars on opening and if they are not to your taste, please do not break and burn, so that they can be resent and exchanged.
